  ⭐ 1/5 Stars — Absolutely Unacceptable! I am beyond disgusted and frustrated with the constant lack of consistency and complete disregard for the quality of food being served to paying customers! There is absolutely NO EXCUSE for serving someone a breakfast sandwich that looks like this! The bread is visibly burnt, and the fact that someone actually prepared, wrapped, and handed this to a customer is beyond inconsiderate. Where is the quality control? Where is the attention to detail? Where is the basic respect for the people spending their hard-earned money? Breakfast is supposed to be the meal that starts your day off right, not something that immediately leaves you disappointed, irritated, and questioning why you even bothered spending your money! What makes this even more frustrating is the constant inconsistency. Customers should not have to gamble with their food every time they visit an establishment. One day the food is prepared correctly, and the next day it’s something that should have NEVER made it out of the kitchen. It’s not just about a burnt sandwich. It’s about the lack of care, accountability, and consideration for the people you’re serving. If an employee wouldn’t want to eat something that looks like this, why would they think it’s acceptable to serve it to someone else? People have jobs to get to, responsibilities to handle, and busy mornings. We shouldn’t have to waste additional time returning food or requesting refunds because someone couldn’t take the time to prepare an order properly. DO BETTER! Paying customers deserve consistency, quality, and food prepared with at least a basic level of care and respect. This is absolutely unacceptable, and management seriously needs to address the standards being allowed in this establishment.

  We asked for bacon and they didn’t put no bacon they charge more then it was supposed to be This morning I went to buy two combo meals for $6 and a refresher for $4.87, and when I checked my bread, it didn't have bacon and they charged me $28.33

  We are regulars. One of your old employees always gets our drinks right better than other locations. However there seems to be a new employee, wearing a colored belt (mostly red and yellow and green), who doesn’t seem to know what they were doing or ask for help. I worked at Dunkin for a while, so it was difficult seeing him make our order very wrong. The espresso latte was very lacking in flavor and we had to get it adjusted twice to get it right like usual. And the matcha… they put the matcha powder STRAIGHT on top of the ice, no hot water whatsoever. Per Dunkin instructions employees have to mix the matcha well in hot water before making the rest of the drink. That is standard practice for anyone making matcha, whether at a cafe or at home. The matcha tasted so bland. And he gave us the cup all dirty without even trying to wipe it or his hands. And he put the wrong syrup in too. When we explained we asked for another syrup he just added that on top of the existing drink. We asked to remake the drink altogether. He remade it for us, it was better and we went along with it, but they seemed not really interested. I kindly pointed out how matcha is usually made as a past Dunkin employee but they still remade it in the same way. Also cross contamination is a big issue for both the drinks and food section, so beware if you have any dietary restrictions. I hope management can look into giving more attention to new employees and encouraging continuous learning and knowing when to ask for help. Please focus more on hygiene as well. Don’t give your customers dirty cups.

  Was just there a little after 6:30 doors locked and no one coming to the drive thru even though they are suppose to be opened at 7. This is third time that this has happened and it was randomly closed when it was suppose to be open. Save your time and go to the one further down by the mall

  Worst dunkin how is even possible this location don't have ice, and ores a refresher and the use a block of ice can can use the straw and the unfriendly persona said wall not ice. Is a shame for dunkin have a location like that .
