  Ordered 3 orders of wings and of course the pregnant lady got only 1 flat out of 6 wings. You have no idea your decision to skimp on the flats on the order has caused a crash out. This pregnant woman has been craving wings all evening for just 1 flat…. Do better. For everyone’s safety

  🚨🚨 WINGSTOP… WE NEED TO TALK! BECAUSE WHAT IN THE WORLD DID Y’ALL SEND ME?! 🚨🚨 ZERO STARS IF FACEBOOK WOULD LET ME! ⭐️🚫 I ordered Wingstop through Uber Eats tonight and y’all… THIS ORDER WAS A COMPLETE NIGHTMARE. 😩 Let’s start with the fact that THE FRIES FROM ALL 3 COMBOS WERE MISSING! 😐 Then I opened the food and found HAIR ON THE CHICKEN WINGS. 🤢🤮 And it gets WORSE… 🫠 The Garlic Parmesan wings were so dry I thought they forgot the sauce. 🤢 The food was stale AND smelled horrible. 🥤 ALL THREE DRINKS tasted like WATER! I ordered 2 Fruit Punches and 1 Dr Pepper — somehow ALL THREE tasted watered down. 🍟 And did I mention THREE ORDERS OF FRIES WERE MISSING?! At this point, I’m thinking, HOW DID THIS ORDER EVEN LEAVE THE KITCHEN?! So of course, I call the store. I was told to contact Uber Eats. 🙄 Except… Uber Eats wasn’t giving me an option to actually speak with someone about this issue. So I called Wingstop back. Then I was told Uber Eats would have to process the refund through their system OR send another driver to redeliver the missing items. ANOTHER DRIVER?! For food that already had hair on it?! 😭 I called AGAIN and was put on hold for 15+ MINUTES. And yes… I WAS STILL ON HOLD WHILE WRITING THIS REVIEW! 😂 📢 UPDATE: Jenny eventually told me she was going to get her manager. The manager, Makiyah, finally spoke with me and told me I should receive a refund through her GM, Kia. So now I’m waiting to see if that refund actually happens. Because at this point, I’m not asking for anything extra. I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK FOR FOOD THAT I COULDN’T EVEN EAT. Wingstop, missing items happen. Mistakes happen. But HAIR ON THE CHICKEN + STALE FOOD + HORRIBLE SMELL + WATERED-DOWN DRINKS + MISSING FRIES + BEING PASSED AROUND ON THE PHONE?! 🚩🚩🚩 ABSOLUTELY NOT. I don't know what happened at this location tonight, but SOMEBODY NEEDS TO CHECK THAT KITCHEN AND THAT QUALITY CONTROL. 💰 SAVE YOUR MONEY. 🍗 CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE YOU EAT IT. 📞 AND GOOD LUCK GETTING SOMEONE ON THE PHONE IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG. I WOULDN’T RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION TO ANYBODY. And before anybody says, “Why didn’t you just go back to the store?” — I ORDERED THROUGH UBER EATS. I shouldn’t have to spend even MORE time and money fixing an order that should’ve been correct the first time.   The service was terrible. I wasn't acknowledged or helped, even though I was trying to place an order. There were three employees working, but two of them spent the whole time chatting with each other while the other seemed busy mixing something. I waited about 10 minutes without anyone taking my order, so I ended up leaving. Service: 0/10. Atmosphere: 0/10. I can't rate the food because I never got the chance to order or receive anything.
