  I had placed a mobile order through the app. Once your order has process. It shows you a confirmation and then after a few minutes, the confirmation goes away and resets to the main menu application. upon arrival to pick up my order, nobody acknowledged or asked if they can help me staff just looked at me, seem to have poor customer service skills. when requesting for my order by name they asked if they can see the confirmation number and I told them that I placed a mobile order with the given name and there is no confirmation number. They were hesitant to give me my order the one that I paid for with my own money because I didn’t have a confirmation number and I told them that the app doesn’t provide it. The staff asked if I was DoorDash and I said no they were being very rude. I told both females that I paid through the app and they were arguing back-and-forth with me. They acted like I was trying to steal some Taco Bell, which is crazy. Trashy

  Great service from Samyia! She was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. She made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. I truly appreciate her excellent customer service!

  Not sure how they do it but no matter the time you can expect to wait at least 20-30 minutes. It’s not that hard to drive through

  This is the third time I've been on the phone with my husband ordering me 2 mini taco salads... I asked for the mean and beans on the side no Chipotle sauce. And mild sauce. When gets home though the meat and beans were on the side like he asked one still had the Chipotle sauce and there was no mild sauce in the bag. The Chipotle sauce irritates my stomach condition. He drove to far to take it back. No I've paid money again for something I can't eat... I wish I could post my receipt because the young lady that took my order did so properly. It was the execution of my order that was wrong

  Charged me for a cancelled order and refusing to refund. They refuse to have any contact with my bank so that money is good as gone. This location has been awful for years now but they always manage to reach a new low.
