It wasnt. I sat down to wait and noticed other people were angry amd complaining about a long wait. They were 40min behind and didnt tell me. The first girl claimed the app isnt working right. The manager says it doesnt know the order volume. Nice try. I work in the indusrty. If your point of sale doesnt know how many orders its taking it might be time to udgrade. So on top of incompetence they also lie. Whats happenning is like so many places now they are pushing the orders through as complete so corporate doesnt see how far behind they are and how poor of a job they are doing. I'll never return to this or any papa johns location. You lost a customer for life.
