  Lady harassed me over a cucumber the machine told me not to put with the other groceries. If I scanned all my other items then why the hell would I not pay for one damn cucumber. Then proceeded to try and tell me how to pay. The whole point of self checkout is so we dont have to talk to another human being. If someone needs help they will ask, otherwise leave us alone.

  I went to buy some ingredients for a soup; I had my children with me. I didn't take long to leave the store, but when I reached my car, someone spoke to me. It was one of the employees who works right there, who asked to see my receipt. It struck me as strange, since nothing like that had ever happened to me before. It seemed a bit ridiculous—especially the fact that they had followed me all the way to my car—and, of course, I *had* paid for my items. Even so, I showed him the receipt, and he simply walked away.

  This is a terrible administrative strategy. They deliberately choose a specific time and a specific cashier lane (not self-checkout) to randomly trigger the alarm as customers leave the store. Then a security guard approaches and says, “Stop—let me see your receipt. I also need to check your bag.” Whether the security staff fully understands what’s happening, I’m not sure. I was told the purpose is to show customers that the store is monitoring for potential shoplifting. But this comes at the expense of loyal customers, who end up being singled out and humiliated at the door.

  The worst excuse for a source of healthy food. I purchased Lamb shanks on Manager special Tuesday. Thawed and opened this morning and ithe smell of a dead body reeled throughout my home. The meat department even took the time to wrap in a mesh sealed bag with plastic doubled, to hide the smell. Shame! Photo and location to FDA next! SHAMEFULL!

  This store was exceptionally clean. The staff was very helpful at check out. This made my shopping 🛍 experience much easier. The items I purchased looked to be very fresh and we're all within the "sell by" date.
