  They food is fresh. But if you bring in your own bags its a lady that work there she will hit the alert button on you even if you not steal and thats not cool.

  I visited this store yesterday to buy 12 oz cloves since I couldn’t find them at any other grocery stores nearby. I kept getting stares from the security guard and one of the woman employees near self check out. I was looking for the restroom as well and I heard one of the employees say to another “she looks so lost”. Your whole store gives off hostile. Is your biggest concern is shop lifting and nothing more? Customer service is just terrible in this era.

  Store is good... But they are replacing cashiers with the clankers and just have a security guard watching the clankers. So if youre just trying to scan 3 small items the clanker forces you to put each item one at a time on the bagging area. If you do not it repeats telling you to put it in bagging area. So their clanker guard can see you, Slowing your process of checking out. Even if there is 3 small items in plain view. They wont let you scan items unless you put it on the bagging area 1 at a time. So if youre in a rush, the clanker will slow you down.

  I’ve worked in customer service for almost 15 years, and was completely appalled by my experience this evening. As I went to leave and all the wheels locked on my cart, conveniently as their asset protection guard was standing there. She informed me that “this randomly happens and she would need to check my bags in order to unlock the wheels”. As she stood there with the remote in her hand. She then proceeded to ask me if I had ever had the wheels locked on me before, as if this situation wasn’t embarrassing enough as there were other people also standing there. I hand her my receipt and she proceeded to dig look through my bags repeatedly saying “oh yeah this is just random” prior to unlocking the wheels. I’ve lived local to here my whole life, not once has this ever happened. I am disgusted that this is the business approach being taken by giant and will be sure to take my hard earned money elsewhere next time.
