  They are always sold of items I am looking for. And the cashier was trying to look at my pin number on my food stamp card. I will take my business else where. And at customer service no one is there to wait on you. They do more talking to co workers then actual customer service.

  I bought the food Lion brand ground turkey to make a meatloaf. in almost every bite there were tiny hard objects. it felt like I was eating sand! I couldn't even finish one bowl as I thought I might break a tooth. this is absolutely ridiculous! what a waste of money. I feel like I should make a formal complaint. I cannot be the only person this has happened to. please DO NOT buy the food Lion brand ground turkey. you will be wasting your money. next time I will go to Giant. it's a few more miles away and more expensive but the quality of the food is better. so frustrating! do better food Lion!!! also get the big displays of food out of the middle of the aisle! you can hardly walk! who's the manager of this place? he should be fired.

  the prices on the shelf tags never seem to match up with the prices that ring up at the register. and the digital coupons never seem to work either even though I load them in the app. makes you wonder how many people are paying full price thinking they're getting the sale price. also the shelves are never stocked! who's in charge of the ordering of merchandise? when they ARE stocking it's at the busiest time of day with the employees blocking the isle . I'm happy they finally bought some new shopping carts. the small black ones are so loud it's ridiculous. this store needs an overhaul. I'd also like to mention sometimes the music is blaring, I get playing music but sometimes it's overwhelming.

  This store is awful. Produce is consistently old with brown bananas, potatoes that are already sprouting, dried out ears of corn and molding avocados. All bakery items are pre-frozen. They put everything on shelves still frozen and they defrost while waiting to be purchased. This goes for most of the meat also, especially the chicken, sausages and bacon- always frozen. The deli is dirty, the sign which hangs above the counter has a thick layer of dust all over it. I also don't understand why this store isn't stocked at night. Isles are always blocked with stock workers trying to put products out for sale, customers are always struggling to get by. Oh, and good luck finding a shopping cart with 4 working wheels. This store really needs new carts, to the point that I've heard workers talking about how loud and messed up the carts are. The only good thing I can say about this location is the workers are friendly, and most check-out lanes are usually open, plus the option of self check-out.
