  I found everything that I needed except what I made the trip for; country ham. I guess I’ll have to keep going to the Randllestown location.

  This store is always well stocked. Fruit and vegetables are fresh . 10/10 I will shop here again. The staff is polite and very helpful .

  I wish I didn't live so close to this place so I could justify not coming here. No matter how many people are in line they will have only half the registers open. No wonder people steal from this spot when the alternative is waiting in line for 20 minutes to buy eggs. Also seems like half the time what I need is out of stock. However, do they offer competitive prices to make up for this? No.

  Cashier neglected to put item in my bag that I paid for in my bags. I didn’t realize until after I got home and receipt clearly shows the missing item. I called the store numerous times to figure out what to do about this issue only for no one to answer and then the call abruptly ends. Horrible service all around.

  I am very disappointed with Food Lion's online ordering system. I have ordered the Food Lion Vitamin D Whole Milk (1 gallon) with the two cows pictured on the front multiple times because it is a specific product with a simple ingredient list. Each time, I received a different Food Lion milk product instead. I also went into the stores to look for this exact milk, but I couldn't find it on the shelves at all. However, the app continues to show this specific product as available. Food Lion has several similar-looking store-brand milks, so this is not just a simple substitution, the replacement is a different product with a different ingredient list. Customers should receive the exact item they selected, or be notified if it is unavallable, rather than receiving a different product. Please improve inventory accuracy.
