When our. was called we only received one cheese burger and one order of fries. We ordered two cheeseburgers burgers Then had to wait for another 15 minutes for another cheeseburger burger to be made. Just negative vibes all around

I called twice before my order was prepared to make sure certain items were included, and despite taking the time to call and specifically request them, neither request was followed. To make matters worse, my food arrived cold and honestly just nasty. I spent over $30 on this order, so I absolutely expected better quality and for my order to be prepared correctly. What’s the point of calling ahead twice to confirm something if the request is going to be completely ignored anyway? For the amount of money I spent, this was unacceptable. I could have gotten a better meal somewhere else for much less. $30+ for cold food and an incorrect order is ridiculous. I won’t be ordering from this location again.

The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.

Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
Also, give those leftover fries a try as hash browns, home fries, or even as the filling in an omelet.
