  I don't think I've ever reviewed an airport restaurant before, but the customer service was amazing. With a flight that's delayed almost 3 hours, frustrations are high and people are tired. I truly appreciate all three of the young people that helped me out this evening. I don't know name of the ladies, but I heard them calling the young man Reece. I appreciate people simply being human, being nice, and doing their job. I don't typically get food from the airport but out of all the choices, I was glad I came here tonight. Thank you again.

  Unsanitary workers. Cashier took my order while chewing food in her mouth, went back to another bike and waited on the other. Customer chewing her food with an open mouth. Young lady making the food was very polite, but she needs to change her plastic gloves more often. Especially after touching and playing with her hair and forehead..

  Ordered a bagel and cream cheese, not toasted. Not only did they toast it, it was burned beyond recognition, completely inedible. I took it back and the guy snapped at me, "well you're just gonna have to wait until I have time to make you a new one". Ok. Then, a woman basically threw it at me, and there was cream cheese ALL OVER the outside of the bag. Terrible customer service. Also, this was absolutely the WORST cup of coffee I have ever had, in my life.

  Today we had an extremely long day and came to grab a coffee before heading home and as always Janae and Andrea added so much fun to our day! The coffees were beautiful and tasty, the personalities were top tier! Thank you so much for a great experience!
