However, last week he came in to use the restroom and when he walked out, all the employees were staring at him oddly. He was then informed that under their “new policy” he had to leave bc he did not purchase coffee. He explained that he wanted to charge his phone for ten minutes before leaving (as he often has before) and they said he could not under the “new policy”. They treated him like a suspect simply on sight. He is a man on his commute with a phone on low battery who had been a regular patron of their store. Apparently that’s a threat to them so we will no longer be patrons of this location which is fine because the Dunkin by our home is much better and cleaner anyway (Severna Park/Millersville).
