I’m a Chipotle Rewards member and have visited this Glen Burnie location many times without issue. During my last visit, I ordered a taco and simply asked for extra rice and beans. Instead of helping me, the employee preparing my food repeatedly argued with me, insisted I needed to purchase a bowl if I wanted more rice, and made what should have been a simple order unnecessarily uncomfortable. When I respectfully asked for her name, she refused to provide it. I also noticed her whisper something to the cashier before I paid, which only added to an already unpleasant interaction. The one bright spot was another employee, a young Black woman with braids, who was friendly, professional, and treated me with kindness. She deserves recognition for her excellent customer service. I initially chose to contact management privately instead of posting a public review because I wanted to give them the opportunity to address the situation. Unfortunately, I never received a response. I hope this feedback encourages better customer service in the future because this experience left me disappointed.

They know that when it's a door dash order. They can make it how they want. Because there is nothing you can do about it. I hate this world of people that do not care to help others.i help everyone. Th8s is how I'm always treated when it's my turn to be helped with what I paid for. You don't like your job. Quit.
