- MVMaria Velazquez1 day ago5.0Normally I bring lunch from home, but today I wanted to eat something different. After weighing my fast food options, I decided to go to Chick-fil-A. Side note, this was my first time going to a Chick-fil-A, and I was impressed. Although there was a line for the drive thru, the cars were moving along at a fair pace. However, I opted to go in to place my order. The line move along quickly. The staff was polite. My order was ready moments after I finished ordering. The dining area was busy with the lunch crowd, yet the dining area was clean. Finally, my meal was hot and satisfying. Summary, service and food was great.

Never in my life have I seen a group of 4-5 employees standing around behind the front counter bickering about race (not sure what the context was other than overhearing something about Mexicans and Black not being the same) while they also bicker about who is going to help the LINE of customers waiting to be assisted. Genuinely baffled. And one of these employees appeared to be a manager. This was on 04/16/2026 at around 9:03 PM. Ask this girl about it

I had a very scary experience my baby started to choke and this young women didint hesitate for a second. She Knew exactly what to do and she ran over ready to help and got to action. Got him water and was patient with me freaking out. I want to thouroughly thank her from the bottom of my heart! Great employee!
