  Absolutely love this Tropical Smoothie location — and I’ve been to quite a few! The customer service here is consistently amazing, the staff is always friendly, and they move incredibly fast even when they’re busy. My orders are always right, the smoothies taste fresh every time, and the overall vibe is just welcoming. Definitely my favorite location and one I keep coming back to!

  I came in today for a smoothie, and Smita (I apologize if I misspelled her name) greeted me with such kind, vibrant energy right away. She was amazing! I really appreciated how she took the time to recommend a smoothie and wrap that fit my needs before my workout. It’s always refreshing to come across people like Smita who have truly excellent customer service skills. We chatted for a bit, and she honestly made my day. I’ll definitely be back again!

  I walked in to a busy shop this morning Apr30 and only 1 employee was working. I looked at the order screen and it was 7 orders on the screen. And nora the employee was handling it as best as she can while other customers asking for their orders. She handled the rush and the busy atmosphere. Great job

  HEllo, hello, hello, im here to introduce you to the PATELS family if you havent already been to tropical smoothie in GT MD across form & pizza and safeway your missing out the wife and hubby combo is just amazing im blk but they truly make me feel like im visiting my aunt n uncle and , NORMA who make my peanutbutter flat bread is OMG AMAZING idk what i would do without them all i dont have much family but BELIVE Me ,they are it god has blessed me by placing them in my life please stop by and tell them ASHLEY from MOCO sunt you i promise you will fall in love just like i did or your food is on me ,

  I really enjoy coming to this Tropical Smoothie location. The owners are incredibly kind, welcoming, and always make the experience feel positive. The smoothies and food are consistently fresh and delicious, which keeps me coming back. The only downside is that one of the cashiers can come across as unfriendly at times. On one occasion, I came in with my child and felt like she was giving us uncomfortable looks, as if children were an inconvenience. It didn’t match the otherwise warm and welcoming atmosphere. I hope customer service can be more consistent because this place has so much potential. Overall, I still recommend this location because of the quality and the amazing owners.
