Took my family here and, unfortunately, the service was absolutely horrible. Our server paid little to no attention to us, and the pretzel and pizza tasted like they were frozen and reheated.
We were seated upstairs, and my son spilled a water. We asked our waiter three separate times for help wiping it up so nobody would slip and fall. Instead of helping, he was dismissive and rude.
For the prices they charge, you would expect attentive, professional service, but sadly that was not our experience at all. There was also a police car sitting outside during our visit, which certainly didn’t add to the atmosphere.
Very disappointing experience for a family outing. I’d think twice before coming here.

I was shocked by the way the manager treated me during my visit. Based on how I was spoken to and treated compared with other customers, I genuinely felt that race/ethnicity played a role. The interaction felt discriminatory, disrespectful, and completely inappropriate for someone in a management position. I hope Topgolf reviews this incident because every customer deserves to be treated equally and with respect.

had an extremely disturbing experience with the manager at this Topgolf location. I felt that I was treated differently because of my race/ethnicity, and the manager’s behavior toward me came across as discriminatory and disrespectful. No customer should ever be made to feel unwelcome because of who they are. Management needs to take situations like this seriously.

It was a good experience with good food and a fun atmosphere. The food was well arranged and presented. The supervisor on shift that Sunday afternoon, 8/9/26, was really attentive and made sure that we were doing well throughout our visit.
However, some of the servers could benefit from additional customer service training. Our assigned server wasn’t particularly attentive, and I had to flag him down for refills and to ask questions. That said, I’m sure this was mainly because he was busy, as he was responsive to all of our questions and refill requests when we were able to get his attention.
Overall, our group had a great time and enjoyed the experience.

We visited the Germantown, Maryland location after a great experience at the Baltimore Topgolf the day before and were excited to try this one since it was closer to where we were staying. What followed was one of the most frustrating and poorly handled visits we’ve had.
We were first seated in a bay that only had high chairs. One member of our party is unable to climb them, so the bay was completely unaccommodating. It took well over 30 minutes to move us to a different bay. Our server assured us the time would be properly adjusted for the delay. It was not. When we brought this up, we were told the manager “didn’t feel like” adding the time and they simply took $14 off the bill instead. Traveling with a child who has ADHD makes time and structure extremely important—this lack of follow-through was especially disappointing.
We ordered from the prix-fixe menu and clearly noted that two guests have dairy allergies (milk, cheese, ice cream, etc.). The staff’s reaction was panicked, as if they had never dealt with a food allergy before. They focused on egg wash in the chicken breading and eggs in the bread, even after we clarified it was dairy-specific and those items should be fine. The food that arrived was subpar: the burgers were pink in the middle and the wings were rock-hard, clearly overcooked and then covered in dry rub and sauce in an attempt to hide it. We didn’t complain at the time, but it was poor quality.
Service fell apart further. Our server forgot our drink order three times, then announced her shift was over, took a cash payment, and left. No one else checked on us. We had to go find a manager ourselves.
Toward the end of our already shortened session, a heavy downpour with lightning and thunder hit, making the open bay unsafe for golfing. With 49 minutes still left on our time, we asked about a credit. Near the end (about 17 minutes remaining), a man in a red vest handed my wife two $15-off cards and walked away. We had to chase him down because my sister’s donut order never arrived. He claimed there was a mix-up, said they would be reordered… and when they finally came out they were once again hard as rocks.
We left completely disappointed and dissatisfied. The contrast with the smooth, well-run Baltimore location the previous day made this experience even more frustrating. Customer service here felt like an afterthought rather than a priority.
I hope management takes this as a serious lesson. This visit was unacceptable from start to finish.
