  My order was supposed to be delivered by 9:25 PM, and I had family guests with kids who have school tomorrow, so it is already past their bedtime. After almost one hour, I still did not receive the food for my guests. I made three follow-up calls to DoorDash and the pizza store office in Germantown, MD, and they kept saying that they were waiting for the driver. At the same time, the driver texted me saying that he was still waiting in line. DoorDash’s system appears to be using a fraudulent AI support system. I requested multiple times to speak with a human representative, but that never happened.

  First time using this location. Service was great, but the pizza wasn't as great as pizza hut usually is. I thought maybe I was given the wrong style of pizza. It just didn't seem right. By coincidence, while I was eating it a commercial came on TV advertising Pizza Hut's new crust! Ahhh, they changed their pizza. Some internet research revealed other people's disappointment. Ugh. Don't like it. Guess I won't bother with pizza hut going forward.

  Listen idk if it’s just been a bad day for them today 01/08/2026. I ordered delivery and I waited for almost 2 hours if I didn’t choose to just drive up there and get my order. The weirdest part I had one delivery driver who told me , my order is coming, then I check again, they charged the driver to a new one. Ok I don’t wanna explain too much coz it’s unnecessary right now. First of all they should have notified me and be honest about it that , there is some delays, 2ndly to find out my order been sitting there because the two gentlemen who works there started to argue how come my order was never attended or something about giving to the delivery guy. I was just already upset , I took my order left. That’s just poor communication that is why I gave a 1 star. Learn to communicate well with customers if there’s some delays.oh the wings were burnt too . Smh
