  La pizza muy rica ,pero el cajero chico de lentes ,muy pésima atención el dinero y el recibo asi lo tiro en la mesa no me dejo con la mano estirada antes habia un anciano atendiendo el era muy amable este chico muy pésimo eso no me parece por eso solo doy 2 estrellas

  I’ve been a loyal customer of that particular Pizza Hut store for three years now, and let me tell you, they’re the best pizza place around! Friends, family, and coworkers all swear by their pizzas. But what truly sets this store apart is the friendly and helpful store manager, Bruce. I’ve had my fair share of bad experiences at their place, but Bruce and his team have always handled them with professionalism and kindness. They’re always ready to assist customers, whether it’s taking an order, providing recommendations, or resolving any issues that may arise. There’s also another supervisor, a young man with glasses, and a lady who are both incredibly polite and attentive to customers. They go above and beyond to ensure that every customer has a positive experience. So, keep up the good work, everyone at this Pizza Hut store!

  My order was supposed to be delivered by 9:25 PM, and I had family guests with kids who have school tomorrow, so it is already past their bedtime. After almost one hour, I still did not receive the food for my guests. I made three follow-up calls to DoorDash and the pizza store office in Germantown, MD, and they kept saying that they were waiting for the driver. At the same time, the driver texted me saying that he was still waiting in line. DoorDash’s system appears to be using a fraudulent AI support system. I requested multiple times to speak with a human representative, but that never happened.

  First time using this location. Service was great, but the pizza wasn't as great as pizza hut usually is. I thought maybe I was given the wrong style of pizza. It just didn't seem right. By coincidence, while I was eating it a commercial came on TV advertising Pizza Hut's new crust! Ahhh, they changed their pizza. Some internet research revealed other people's disappointment. Ugh. Don't like it. Guess I won't bother with pizza hut going forward.
