  I had one of the worst pickup experiences I have ever had at a restaurant. My wife went to pick up an Uber Eats order that I had already paid for. She showed the staff the order information in the Uber Eats app, which has always been sufficient at every other restaurant. Instead, they refused to release the order unless I tapped the “Got my order” button in the app and then showed them proof that I had done so. I immediately tapped the button. The problem is that the Uber Eats app does not display any confirmation screen or proof after you tap it. Despite this, the staff refused to check their own system to verify that the order had been marked as picked up. They simply refused to hand over the food. As a result, we paid for food that we never received. What is most disappointing is not just the inconvenience, but the way we were treated. Rather than making any effort to verify the order or resolve the situation, the staff rigidly insisted on something the app does not even provide. There was no attempt to use common sense or provide basic customer service. What makes this even more disappointing is that I have been a customer for years and have purchased a great deal of pizza from this restaurant. That history apparently meant nothing. This experience has permanently cost them my business. Going forward, I’ll be ordering from Paisano’s instead. In my experience, they not only have better pizza, but they also treat their customers with respect and know how to resolve problems instead of creating them.

  These people act like they don’t hear you when you enter & they have a bell they all ignore you especially the guy he just runs to the back as if we don’t see him. After hours they lock the door in which you have to knock HARD & they can clearly see you standing there yet still don’t open it.

  They are not attention to safety and not using gloves, doing everything with hands with no gloves, health department should attention that
