We got home to find that there’s chicken in our salad. We called the store to request a refund. They found our order and declined the refund unless we visit the store… here’s photo proof.

They were grabbing bread then making sandwiches without switching gloves. It was the same phone the manager walked out the bathroom holding. So gross.

I have had this sandwich before. The portion of steak must have been half. There was no L,T,O. I know you're busy and the lunch rush can be crazy. Little mistakes can be add up. Just disappointed because I am a fan....
