  My husband and I had a very poor experience at this McDonald’s. The employee taking our order was rude, dismissive, and clearly unprofessional from the start. Instead of respectfully asking us to repeat our order when she couldn’t hear, she responded with sighs and attitude, which was completely unacceptable in a customer service role. She also incorrectly added large fries to our order that we never requested. When we politely asked for it to be removed, she reacted rudely and loudly called for it to be fixed over the speaker without muting, which made the situation even more unprofessional and uncomfortable. This level of service is unacceptable for any business, especially one serving paying customers. This location needs serious improvement in customer service training, communication, and professionalism.

  Ordered on the app and was waiting for over 20 minutes at curbside pickup. Then had to go inside and they didn’t even have it ready. The app was incorrect kept saying it’s ready and someone will be out. I should have have to go inside if it’s curbside pickup.

  This McDonald’s location is being racist to anyone who is not Spanish. The make anyone who is not Spanish wait for their order. Today I ordered 2 medium coffees 30 minutes before picking them up. I only live 3 minutes away and had to pull into a pickup spot to wait for my coffees. Doesn’t matter if you go in the drive thru or inside to order/pickup your food they will make you wait.

  Got a call from the restaurant, after spending $50 on food we couldn't even enjoy all I got was "sorry". They don't even care. When we walked in there was trash all over the floor. We spent $50 and were going to sit in and eat which is a rarity for us. There were 4 or 5 teens sitting at and ON a table cussing at each other loudly (definitely for attention) and 2 more teens came in with Orbie guns (hard plastic beads) so we decided we were leaving before we got shot with the beads. It's sad that we spent so much and couldn't even relax long enough to enjoy our food. Little kids were near them as well trying to eat. A very nice employee told us that this is typical at this location and the teens have been kicked out before.

  They Literally NEVER get my order correct and iam pregnant and do not feel good. I should be comfortable at this vulnerable time in my life, shouldn’t have to drive 20 minutes just to get what they forgot. Do better McDonalds please !
