- RSRob SloneJun 30, 20262.0I only post reviews - positive or negative - when I am MOVED to. One bad experience doesn't send me to the keyboard to disparage a business. That being said, I have been to enough Dunkin locations - including this one sporadically for over 7 years - to know that this ain't it. When it's been a year in between trips and you return to the same bad experience, as I did this past Saturday morning, it's worth sharing the warning. I've never seen less than 8 cars in the drive-thru here - that's not a testament to this location's popularity, but rather how slow they are in processing orders. And, after waiting in that line on Saturday and ordering a simple $6 meal (two wake-up wraps and a coffee), I received and drove away with a bag containing ONE wrap, and even the single wrap was incorrect (bacon, rather than egg and cheese). I realize these are fast food chains - I truly do. But man, when you get those non-complicated orders, you gotta bust them out properly and save the confusion for the customers asking for specialized donuts and ice cream cakes lol. There is nothing more frustrating, in this financial climate, to pay for something and drive away without it. Do better.

I consistently place my orders 20 to 30 minutes in advance, arrive on time, and my order is still not ready, which defeats the entire purpose of ordering ahead. On top of that, the food quality has noticeably declined. Items like the Snackin’ Bacon are often stale, burnt, and served in very small portions, like what I received today. What’s even more frustrating is the customer service, which has come across as unprofessional and at times microaggressive, making the experience even more uncomfortable. I used to genuinely enjoy coming here, but the lack of consistency, quality, and respect has made it incredibly disappointing.
