I do not know if this store is under new administration, no respect! Placed an order on line and it was canceled, called the store as the email indicated. They did not answer the phone, so called from a different number (different to the one on the order), which they answered. When I said I was calling about a canceled order they just placed me on hold to a loud annoying hold music.

The pizza was obviously dropped and the dough is still tacky in the middle, meaning not done. These Parmesan bread bite taste sour and I’m not sure what’s going wrong n with this dough I thought they were chicken wings when I first opened the box. This location consistently delivers horrible food. I usually drive to Damascus for pick up. Shouldn’t have expected any different today.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. I placed an order yesterday with Domino’s Pizza specifically to have it ready for pickup today at 11:00 a.m., since I needed to deliver the pizzas by 11:15. The timing was supposed to be perfect. When I arrived at 10:56 a.m., the store was completely locked—even though my order showed a 10:30 carryout time. I waited outside, knocked multiple times, and called the store repeatedly. There were at least three employees inside that I could clearly see, yet no one acknowledged me or came to the door. I was left standing there with zero communication until 11:17 a.m., well past my pickup time. When I finally got inside, one employee said, “Oh, I didn’t know the door was locked,” which is hard to believe considering I had been knocking, calling, and trying the door multiple times while they could see me standing there. Another said, “Sorry, we were busy.” That’s not an acceptable excuse—being busy is exactly why customers place orders ahead of time. This completely defeated the purpose of ordering in advance and caused unnecessary stress and delays. If a store isn’t open or able to handle orders on time, customers should be notified—not ignored outside a locked door. Extremely disappointing experience.

I had a really disappointing experience with this Domino’s location tonight. I am so upset! I placed my order around 7:45 PM with an estimated delivery window of 8:19–8:30 PM. I specifically selected “hand it to me” because I’ve had issues with ants before and didn’t want my food left outside. Unfortunately, not only was that instruction ignored, but my pizza was left sitting on the ground outside my door. After checking my camera footage, it had been sitting there since around 8:16 PM—well before the delivery window even ended. I only discovered it because my 5-year-old kept asking where the pizza was, and I decided to check outside. This is now the second time this has happened, which makes it even more frustrating. When I called to address the issue and request a replacement, the manager responded with sarcasm, saying, “oh, there’s ants in it again,” instead of showing any concern or professionalism. He then insisted that my receipt didn’t say “hand it to me,” which is not accurate. At that point, because of how rude and dismissive he was, I told him I no longer wanted a replacement and asked for a refund instead. While he agreed to process the refund, he then told me to never order from his store again. That was honestly shocking to hear as a paying customer, especially since I order from this location regularly. I ended up driving to the store myself and brought all the pizzas back. When I got there, I was told that my refund had already been processed—but that turned out not to be true. I didn’t receive any confirmation until 30–45 minutes later, when I finally got an email saying the order had been canceled and refunded. After looking at other reviews, it seems like this may not be an isolated issue. Management clearly needs to be addressed, because this level of unprofessional behavior shouldn’t be tolerated. It also makes me question how employees are being treated behind the scenes. He does not deserve to be managing that store. To make matters worse, my 5-year-old even noticed how I was being spoken to on the phone and said, “Mommy, that man was mean to you.” That alone says everything about how unacceptable this experience was. For someone who orders from here often, this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. Between ignoring delivery instructions, leaving food on the ground, being misled about the refund, and the extremely unprofessional customer service, this was completely unacceptable. I will not be returning to this location.

Tried to place an order for delivery and the order was cancelled even though the store was opened for another hour. Called to verify the store was open and why the order was cancelled. The woman who answered the phone was extremely rude and stated that the store was open and available for delivery orders only, and that carry out orders would be canceled. We attempted to place another order for deliver (an additional 2 times for a total of 3 attempts) and both orders were canceled again. We believe the woman working there was cancelling orders just because. Extremely unprofessional and not acceptable. Do better.
