I had to wait 30 minutes after ordering just for the 30-piece nugget. I was okay with that; I understand y'all get busy, but why did you have to break my heart by telling me you got me a free cookie, and then when I looked after I left, there was no cookie? I was already having a bad week and wanted to spoil myself, just to get that.

You get surprised with an upcharge at the window. For example: The attendant asked me “what drink would you like with your breakfast meal?” I said “a drink comes with it?” She replied “yes.” I asked “are you sure I won’t be charged extra?” She said “no” I said “I’ll have an ice coffee.” I get to the window to pay and it’s revealed I have to pay an upcharge. 😒 . Same with any other side other than fries.
