- JDJamasia DevonJun 22, 20261.0Extremely disappointing customer service. I placed a pickup order and then purchased an additional smoothie when I arrived. As I was leaving, I accidentally dropped the smoothie. The manager asked what I had ordered and immediately began making another one, leading me to believe she was replacing it. After waiting several minutes, she asked if I was still waiting for something. I explained that I was waiting for the replacement smoothie and even asked if I needed to purchase another one. Instead of providing a clear answer, she walked away and continued helping other customers. After waiting even longer, I asked if she could ring me up since the other cashier was occupied. She refused and told me to wait in line, despite the fact that I had already been in the store for over 30 minutes and needed to return to work. The lack of communication, urgency, and basic customer service from management was unacceptable. A simple explanation or acknowledgment of the situation would have gone a long way. Instead, I was left standing there, ignored, and wasting valuable time. I expected much better from a manager.
