There were many patrons eating inside and outside. The line of customers inside was moving quickly. If I ordered in person, I could have had my food in 5 min. However, for mobile pick up orders, service was off. I waited just under 30 min for a small mobile order, for 1 person. There were double digit workers and no one setting any food in mobile pick up area or addressing customers waiting for mobile pick up orders. Also my mobile pick order remained in the received status the entire time I was waiting and did not show preparing.

Sounds nitpicky, but every bowl is dry compared to other chipotles I go to or have been to. The bowl in the picture was supposed to have green salsa and extra red. One of my primary gripes with this location though is that they have a mobile order pick up stand accessible to anyone, but THEY DONT USE IT. You have to wait for an employee to acknowledge you are there, get your name, and see if it’s ready. Often, there is a line of people waiting there for mobile orders and it takes a long time, even if yours has (in theory) been ready for a while.

- GCGeovanny CastleApr 23, 20261.0Me and my wife decided to stop by this chipotle around 9:30 pm on 04/23/2026, I wanted a regular bowl and my wife wanted a chicken quesadilla with a side of rice and sour cream, the Guy handling the line said “sorry we only do quesadillas for online orders”, I was so confused as this is the first Chipotle in the region that has ever come up with such a ridiculous concept. Mind you, they had literally just prepared a chicken quesadilla right before I stepped into the line, I saw it with my own eyes. I politely requested for it to be done the same way that one was and then they denied it, I asked that if it required to be extra just as separate items and they still refused to serve it. Am at a loss for words for this people. Just know this chipotle will become really famous on tik-tok.
