  I got some Arby’s late night tonight and I placed the order online. my modification for my burger did not save so when I got there, I noticed that the stuff that was on my food wasn’t taken off. I did check the receipt and it looks like it didn’t save so I did ask Arby’s if they can remake just one of the sandwiches and they were so sweet and remade it for me. They were so helpful as well. It’s always great customer service Anthony Duran and Brian were the ones who helped me tonight and they were super amazing. They completely understood my mistake and went out their way to help me out to make sure that I had an amazing meal from Arby’s tonight. it is not just this one time that they have been super amazing. It’s many times that they’ve been super amazing respectful they’re super quick getting my order out. They’re always super understanding. They always make sure I have my sauces in the bag. They always make sure I have all my food items. It’s never been a bad experience with this Arby’s so I definitely recommend checking it out!!!!

  Generally this place has been a 3/5 rating because the drive-thru is always pretty slow. Today they get 1 because, I can't rate it any worse on Google. I place my order at the drive through, get my food. I pull over to the side, like I often do to get my fries and check my food. I notice they didn't do it right. So I have to go inside and get it correct. Never an apology of kind was made for messing up my order. They took the gyro to the back and brought my correct sandwich like it was just sitting there waiting the whole time. Never an apology of kind for blatant screw up.

  Today is 6/13/26 at 12:44pm the worker seemed to be a middle age Hispanic person unfortunately she would not disclose her name. I’m not sure what her issue was today however she was beyond rude and rushed the entire service. Even when I asked her is she okay does she have a problem and tried to help her understand the energy she was giving wasn’t fair to the customer. Without customers you wouldn’t have no job. I’ve worked in customer service my entire life I am 33 years old and my entire family was in the car my mother was offended and my father and my children watched how disgusting we were treated. She slammed the window in our face after paying $40 worth of food. Also when I called back to report her she stated she was the manager and she didn’t have to disclose her name well I will see to getting in contact with the general manager first thing Monday morning.

  The manager throws the order at me as I wanted to change and cancelled the order. The manager refused and he did a cursing hand gesture. The manager seems to have anger issues and he could not control his behavior. He also refused to provide his name and he respond he does not know his name. I filed a complaint with Arby's corporate office requested to speak with the regional manager and owner but no call back from the management and it's has been 3 months. I see the owner responded to the reviews from other customers and does he really reach out to the customer to resolve the issues talk about the awful experience customer has at his restaurant. I don't think so. My call back request from the regional manager and the franchise owner was never fulfilled. They never called.
