  First time eating at Jimmy John’s. The food was great, I got the chicken bacon ranch hot sandwich. The best part was the owner, Jeff’s, positive energy and friendliness. All of the staff were great. Thanks!

  This thing with splattering the vinegar all over the place is one of the reasons I rarely eat at Jimmy John's. I like my tuna sub and my cold cut sandwiches without vinegar. The cutting board always has vinegar on it even though it gets wiped down. I always have the after taste of vinegar on my bread.

  I come here regularly. Today was just a little too "lit" for me. The staff was extremely loud. And I ordered a Giant sandwich but they gave me two regular, ones, I guess because they didnt have a Giant size. The last time, I was given two small ones, two regular size sandwiches is a lot. I only got a Giant size to get $5 off. I asked for light lettuce, peppers and ranch. My sandwich was SOAKING WET coated in ranch and mayo. I even gagged. I was so irritated that I didn't even say anything, I was going to go off. Instead, I just ate around it. I dried off my sandwiches with a napkins. I used FIFTEEN napkins. I was not in the mood to say anything today. They guy on the line didnt read the ticket, he just made the sandwich however. Bread was not taken out as I requested and I asked for extra pickles, didnt get it. I ended up throwing away the other sandwich. What a waste of food and money. Today was just sloppy. Im going to delete the app. They wont miss my money anyway.

  I just love Jimmy John's. Great simple food. Don't miss out on the Multi grain bread. I wish they sold half loafs on their own. Maybe I've never asked but it's amazing. If you are truly hungry get The Gargantuan!
