I would just like to share how delighted I am that Guapo’s GO and Taqueria has reopened in Maryland. I am a longtime fan. I am originally from Centreville, VA so obviously I grew up on you all over in Manassas and I have been patiently waiting for you all to reopen another rotisserie chicken and Taqueria in this area after you closed the one about 10 years ago off of 355. You all have delicious chicken, wonderful tacos, and wonderful sauces. I have nothing bad to say. Just glad you guys have come back to Montgomery County.
First off this place was very very nice, the people grade A+ the server was extremely nice very welcoming and I will go back and try some other food BUT I really was in the mood for birria tacos and I was very disappointed when I ordered first they were very soggy but to my surprise they use Mexican blend cheese and the cheddar was coming thru strong smh I just need them to step up their cheese game other than that the meat was good flavored and it could be a bit crispier
First time and with older family member we used kiosk to order so we could see what dishes looked like. Kiosk worked great and took # to table.
Food delivered in good time but without sides and or drinks. Advised helpful server of what was missing but forgot about guacamole not being delivered until we left ;(. Street tacos were yummy, birria tacos good but consume very salty. Would go back but need to do much better filling orders.
The long-awaited location is finally here and hitting on all cylinders from the start. The food is great and it’s now our go-to spot for rotisserie chicken and simple tacos. The affordable menu offers a large variety of choices uncommon for this size of counter service restaurant. The staff are friendly and prompt. Be prepared to wait a short time while your food is freshly prepared, don’t expect fast food or slop bowl speed.
I don’t thoroughly enjoy the “Mexican rice”, but that’s a nitpick. If you plan to dine inside during peak mealtimes, it can be a bit loud with patron conversations and the active kitchen, but having a sit-down meal is still enjoyable.
Highly recommended over other taco choices based on price, quality, and overall menu choices.

This is now my favorite spot to go when I’m in Montgomery County. Guapo’s Go just opened about 3 weeks ago and this has already been my 3rd time there and every single time has been amazing!!
Everything I’ve tried has been delicious. Their charcoal rotisserie chicken is fantastic, the steak tacos are probably my favorite, and the arroz chaufa is absolutely spectacular. They even make their tortillas by hand, and you can truly taste the difference. But you HAVE to try the fried yuca! seriously, it is on another level!
And now they’re serving margaritas! Their classic margarita is so good and the perfect addition to the whole experience.
What I really love about Guapo’s Go is that it gives you the best of both worlds. It’s casual enough to grab a quick bite or order carryout, but you can also sit down, relax, and have a server bring everything right to your table. You can even enjoy a margarita while you wait. It has that easy, casual feel, but the quality and flavor of the food feel completely upscale.
In my opinion, this is one of the best casual food spots in all of Montgomery County. Even if you’re not close by, it is absolutely worth the drive. Whether you’re looking for lunch, dinner, carryout, or somewhere casual to sit down and enjoy seriously good food, Guapo’s Go is a MUST TRY.
If I could give them 1,000 stars, I would. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
