- THTahir Hameed2 days ago4.0I liked the food when it was served fresh for dine-in. However, the quality of the pickup order wasn’t as good. I especially noticed that the amount of shmear was extremely small, which made the bagels feel like they were mostly just carbs.
- HPH PMay 10, 20261.0Serious quality and cleanliness issues. Felt like eggs had pieces of shell or something. Avocado was raw in one of the signature bagel. Coffee station was a mess. They need to bring it back to acceptable standard or this place will shut down soon. Not getting anything from here in future.

That said, I feel it’s important to address how the situation was handled. Two staff members,an older woman at the register and a heavyset African American man with braids or locs and a nose piercing responded in a way that felt unnecessarily aggressive. When I initially asked about warming the pastry, I was told it couldn’t be taken back, which I completely understand. However, the tone and delivery came across as dismissive. Thinking it may have been a misunderstanding, I calmly asked again for clarification. At that point, the male staff member raised his voice and spoke to me in an aggressive manner, which made the situation uncomfortable. In customer service, it’s not just about what is said, but how it’s said. A respectful and professional tone goes a long way in creating a positive experience. I hope this feedback is taken constructively so future interactions can be handled with more courtesy and care.
