  I can’t say enough about what a treasure this local DD is! The management ensures a very clean business and staff are so well trained to help and assist. We are once a week regulars, and really enjoy going there. Today our server was Joshua (he’s waited on us before) and as always he was friendly, patient, and polite. This is a lovely establishment.

  I normally go to Starbucks but I wanted to give it a try and get dunkin' ice coffee instead. There was a customer ahead of me asking if the coffee is medium goat or dark roast. Three employees could not answer her question so she told me to go ahead and order. I wanted to try the ice coffee. I asked for little ice and heavy cream. I had to repeat multiple times but later saw the employee adding water to my coffee from a stainless steel pitcher??????????? I normally dont say anything buy give a bad or good review. Starbucks employees are more knowledgeable and well trained. First and last time!

  I’m not usually someone who leaves negative reviews, but my experience last night (Sunday)at Dunkin near my home was very disappointing. There were several employees working at first, but suddenly only one person remained at the counter while the others went through a door and were peeking out the window, laughing and seeming to make fun of the customers waiting outside. It felt very unprofessional. The employee who stayed to serve customers acted as if they were doing us a favor rather than simply doing their job. When I asked about flavors or topping options, the response made it seem like we were expected to already know everything on the menu. I really like Dunkin, but after this experience, it will be difficult for me to decide to return to this location.

  I bought a refresher & got two flavors wanted to try all three together & the manager doesn’t understand English fully he didn’t understand what I was saying .. this may been my worst Dunkin’ experience than he stated I have to pay for a whole new drink to pour the berry syrup in my drink I had already purchased …
