With a bounty of vegetables, rice, beans, and our house blended herbs, our food is often layered with flavor infused with a great mix of cultures. The history of South America, specifically Peru, has been home to many cultures, influences and cooking techniques ranging from indigenous ingredients to Europeans, Africans, and East Asian immigrants, explorers and more. Rather than remain culturally segregated, these foreign additions have seamlessly fused together with Ancient Peruvian recipes that have led to the current cuisine that is utterly unique.
