  Mr. Vincent and Mr. Trey have the best customer service. They are very welcoming and knowledgeable. My daughter and I come here all the time. I’d recommend this place.

  I absolutely love Dave and Busters and brought someone who has never been they should not put seat yourself in the restaurant if no one will come to you we arrived at 8pm where not even spoken to until 8:30 when a server said to us the bar is not taking anymore orders he took our order and got it wrong I have never had this kind of service at a Dave and Busters very disappointing

  Emily, was a nice server and manager , Vince was very attentive, nice drinks and food warm , I spent on games for my kids unlimited, was good price ,

  We had a great time here, brought my family for a kids birthday. We were able to get food and drinks pretty quickly at a table while the kids played on the games. Every game was working and getting game cards was straight forward. Also had awesome happy hour deals. We were able to park in the garage without issues too. One of the managers Sean stopped our table to make sure we were having a good experience. Would absolutely recommend this place for a family outing.

  ⭐⭐ Very disappointing experience with the Mandalorian & Grogu Pusher I normally enjoy coming to Dave & Buster’s, which is why this was so disappointing. I had been collecting complete card sets from the Mandalorian & Grogu Pusher when the redemption value changed from 3,000 tickets per set to 1,000. Seven of my sets were completed during my previous visit. Had I known the value was changing, I would have redeemed them then. I returned a few days later and completed four more sets, still seeing no notice that the value had changed. I went to the counter excited because I thought my 11 sets would give me the tickets I needed for the prize I had been working toward. Instead of the expected 33,000 tickets, I received 11,000—a 22,000-ticket difference. I asked the employee where the new value was posted because I had not seen anything on the machine. This is not a criticism of her; she was doing her job. I later contacted Dave & Buster’s corporate Guest Relations. They confirmed in writing that guests should be notified of updated redemption values through information displayed on or at the game, but they would not restore the 22,000-ticket difference or offer any other compensation. I don’t know whether corporate ever contacted the Gaithersburg management team about my complaint, so I don’t want to blame local management for corporate’s response. My concern with this location is that I did not see the updated redemption value displayed on or at the machine before spending my credits. Changing a redemption value is one thing. Changing it by two-thirds without clearly notifying customers who are collecting physical cards over multiple visits is another. What should have been an exciting moment—finally cashing in for the prize I’d been working toward—became incredibly disappointing. I hope this location makes redemption-value changes much more visible in the future so other customers can make an informed decision before spending their money and game credits.
