  This Dave & Buster’s location is fantastic! Great caring and attentive service & excellent food. If you love a yummy large burger, the smokehouse is my favorite! If you like sweet potato fries, so yummy here. The vibe with multiple large screen TVs and games for the kids is amazing for any event whether you are alone or with a group. I came here to watch 4th of July celebrations and was able to watch multiple cities from the multiple TVs.

  Love such places but always skeptical going as most of places like this are dirty and messi. This one pleasantly surprised me. Staff was nice. We got foor and a card combo (I thought it was a good deal). Steak was pretty decent, kids food too. Very clean restaurant, lots of tvs which I love. Restrooms are clean too! Many places to reserve for small parties so great for families and friends. Plenty of games I think. My kids were little but still enjoyed! I'll be back with my friends! Still have the card)

If a game ever eats a card swipe or runs low on ticket paper, team members are on it immediately with a great attitude and quick solutions. Combining top-tier hospitality with incredible food and endless games makes for an unbeatable experience. Exceptional service turns a fun night into an unforgettable one, and this team delivers a 10/10 performance every single time.

  We waited for about 30 minutes before anyone came over to take our order. There were several servers walking around, but unfortunately, it felt like we were being overlooked and ignored. We eventually asked to speak with the manager, and he came over, listened to our concerns, and genuinely apologized for the poor service. What really stood out was that, instead of simply apologizing, the manager personally took care of us and served our table himself. He also gave us a complimentary game card as a gesture of goodwill. While the initial experience was frustrating, I really appreciated the manager taking responsibility, addressing the situation personally, and making an effort to turn the experience around. His customer service definitely made a difference.
