  We were in Coastal Flats last week... We have been going to this location for many years.. But we have noticed a bit of a slack off in the restaurant... My husband always gets red wine and I get a classic mojito... The wine used to be served in tall wine glasses, now they serve in a regular glass, like for a soda.... Part of the wine drinking experience is the wine glass... Service was more attentive in the past as well... Overall, food delicious, and mojitos made to perfection....

  First time dining here as we celebrated Mother’s Day, and the restaurant was understandably very busy. Even with a reservation, the wait was quite long, but honestly, it was worth it. On special occasions like this, when people flock to great restaurants, good food and excellent service truly make all the difference. The dishes were delicious, the service was wonderful despite the crowd, and the overall experience was enjoyable. As for the prices, I found them reasonable for the quality and experience we received.

  LAILA WAS GREAT &&& OMG Josh made my mother’s birthday even more special day like it started off a bit rocky because the restaurant isn’t designed for big parties to be seated together but through a little bit of maneuvering and magic they made it happen. The food was flavorful and fresh I would recommend the spinach dip LOVE LOVE &&& omg that bread pudding ITS A MUST. I want to thank JOSH , LAILA && MELVIN ( or Mervin ) I could remember he was my mother’s server ( that’s another thing unfortunately we weren’t able to sit together and unable to share the same server but they made that happen ) it was busy OF COURSE IT WAS MOTHER’S DAY but it was memorial and it was beautiful thank you guys I appreciate the accommodations.

  I had a mid afternoon craving for key lime pie. I went in, sat down, ordered, ate, and left in less than 30 minutes. Despite the fact that I was not the sort of patron that most food service folks are looking for, everyone was warm and gracious. Excellent service. Very yummy pie.

  Melvin gave us such an exceptional dining experience at Coastal Flats yesterday evening. From the moment we sat down, he was attentive, thoughtful, and genuinely caring. He consistently checked in to make sure our appetizers and meals were to our liking without ever making us feel rushed. You can truly tell he’s a people person — very personable, friendly, and welcoming. Great customer service like this makes such a difference and really stood out to us. We also want to thank the management team for taking such great care of us throughout our visit. Their hospitality, along with Melvin’s outstanding service, made the entire experience even better. We will definitely be coming back!
