  I usually have a good experience at this location, but this visit was disappointing. The chips seemed old, and even after asking for a replacement, the second batch wasn't much better. The portions were much smaller than usual, with very little chicken. The atmosphere also seemed tense, as staff appeared to be arguing behind the kitchen. Photos attached for reference.

  I’ve come to expect mediocre service at this specific Chipotle location, but my experience tonight at 8:13 PM was truly an all-time low. While the customer service here is usually hit-or-miss at best, today it was absolutely terrible. From the moment I reached the front of the line, it was clear that the staff had zero interest in being there or helping customers. Not a single person greeted me there was no "hello," no "how are you," and certainly no smile. Instead, the employee just stood there and stared at me blankly, making the entire ordering process feel incredibly awkward, cold, and dismissive. It is baffling how a customer can stand right in front of an employee and be treated as if they are invisible. It takes absolutely no effort to offer a basic, polite greeting, yet the staff here couldn't even manage that. I left feeling completely unwelcome and frustrated. I’ve tolerated subpar service here in the past, but this experience crossed the line. If this is the standard of service they are providing to the community, I will certainly be taking my business elsewhere. Avoid this location if you expect to be treated with even a shred of respect.

  Petty servings, my side of corn and beans were not even 2 spoons. Whereas some places make sure that side is full!

  I accidentally placed an online order at the wrong location. I called this store twice, and the same woman answered both times. As soon as I started explaining what happened, she hung up on me.

  This Chipotle location is really hit or miss for me. Sometimes it’s great, but other times the quality just isn’t consistent. I did a pickup order recently and didn’t notice anything until I got home shortly after — my guacamole had already turned black, which was pretty disappointing. It’s convenient and easy when it’s on point, but the inconsistency makes it hard to rely on.
