  chips (and everything else) from this chipotle ALWAYS consistently taste worse than any other chipotle i’ve had. i’ll drive further to avoid this one

  Just got a bowl and I will NEVER order from here again. The rice is not flavored/seasoned at all. It's just a cold blob of nothing. And more than half my bowl was filled with it. Barely any chicken on it. So a bowl of cold rice and 2 pieces of chicken. Wasted money I barely had for this garbage! Basically just eating the top of it.

  Workers make the food disgusting and wrong. I asked for a little pico and she put a giant scoop. Then she put a GIANT scoop of sour cream. The line was backed up by 8 people with no cashier so I couldn’t see how much crap they put in the bowl. Also could not see the options from standing next to the tortillas. Did not give tortilla when asked. They changed the food trays right over a customers bowl and the dirty water dripped in her bowl. We all saw it happen and she had to ask for a new one. This location is disgusting and the employees don’t care at all. Never come here.

  I visited this Chipotle today, and unfortunately, it was one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. The cashier at the register was extremely rude and spent most of his time talking and laughing with his coworkers instead of paying attention to customers. I ordered a veggie bowl and asked him to add guacamole because it had not been added. He insisted that his teammate had already included it, even though it clearly wasn't there. He refused to listen to me. Another customer even tried to explain the situation to him, and only after several attempts did he finally realize the mistake. Instead of apologizing, he continued laughing and joking with his coworkers. I asked him to call the manager because I wanted to discuss how I was being treated. He never called the manager. Instead, he kept laughing, making fun of the situation, and ignoring my request while continuing to chat with the other employees. I have visited many Chipotle locations across the United States, and I have never experienced such unprofessional behavior. Customers deserve to be treated with respect, not laughed at or ignored. This level of customer service is unacceptable, and I hope management takes this feedback seriously and provides additional training to the staff. I have attached a picture of the staff member involved so management can identify the individual and investigate this incident.

  I was there today, Tuesday around 2:45pm only one other customer behind me in line. there were basically only women employees there but the two on the line and register were extremely rude for no reason. I asked for sour cream on the side, they had finished what was on the line and hadn’t given me even half of the cup, regardless were going to give me that portion so i asked if they had more before she put the lid on, i was met with a rude stare and no response from both women. I got ignored and didn’t address it after. When i was rung up i was told my total so I paid at the register which is away from where they bag the food. once done paying the lady didn’t address me at all, didn’t even look at me, didn’t say anything. So i stand there waiting for my food which is still where they bagged it behind the register. She tells me “your food is over there”. I had to excuse myself to get in the way of the customer behind me to grab my food myself, I had to ask for a receipt and on top of that, I had items part of my order missing. What’s the need for being rude? especially when it’s not even busy?
