  We ordered food from Y'all. Just got here from Houston, TX & ate your fabulous chicken. Your service was prompt. Atmosphere is geared for families of two to Twenty. Y'all are excellent !!!!

  I had such a great experience here last night right before closing. Even that close to the end of the night (9:55pm), the staff was incredibly kind, patient, & welcoming. You would’ve thought they had just opened for the day. The Manager Alexis was so professional & friendly, & Santiago’s heart of kindness & servitude, especially being in his first week, did an amazing job!!! Their positive attitudes & customer service really stood out & made my entire night better. Thank you both for going above & beyond! You rock!!!!🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼

  Probably the worst chick fil a experience I’ve ever had. The outside drive thru cashier DORA who took my order had a miserable look on her face and was rude in her tone. Took my payment and then walked away before I could say thank you. Re-train her or FIRE her.

  This review is primarily for the curbside pickup order feature on the app: If you use the mobile app to pre-order for curbside, generally pretty good. Unfortunately the app is developed to allow a customer to submit a breakfast order prior to the 1030am cutoff, but they won't honor your order if u arrive at like 1035, e.g. you are getting ready for work and submit an order between 1010 to 1025...no problem from a customer perspective bc the app allows it so you think it will still be made. Then you arrive and that is not the case. Chickfila just make the food, and if a customer arrives at 1100 that's on them that it's cold. Arriving at 1035 when your order was submitted at 1020 shouldn't be a problem. Either honor the curbside orders made prior to 1030, with a reasonable cutoff arrival of no later than maybe 1045am, or just cut breakfast curb orders off at 10am to avoid confusion. And lastly, dont make your customers feel like the app isn't misleading when they arrive at 1035 to get their breakfast order they made when your app still took their order/money. I had way less happen to me when I used Starbucks order ahead service, and they immediately gave a $5 gift card for inconvenience, and I wasnt even complaining. Just an example...I dont need a gift card from Chickfila, just a better developed/more transparent app for the curbside breakfast cutoff times.
