  I’ve never had good experience with eating in at any restaurant I’m very to my self but when I walked in they treated me well and helped me feel at home making sure I was good and comfortable and if I needed anything they were there to help and they chatted abit with me and made me feel like family thanks again Cava

  Not as clean as normal. Idk if it’s because it’s Fourth of July but the staff was rude and rolled their eyes. I asked for vegetables and they said they weren’t ready. I said I would wait and too take their time but 2 mins later they gave me 3 pieces of RAW Califlour and 2 RAW brussel sprouts. Super dissapointing.

  This is the only Cava I will come to! The staff is so kind and understanding, especially when there are questions about the food/new items. They always have a smile and kind greetings. And of course, the food is always fresh and delicious!

  I had a great experience! The food was fresh, and prepared just right. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and provided excellent service. Everything was clean, and the overall atmosphere made for a great meal. I’ll definitely be back!

  I was presented with promo cards for meals given to me specifically from the owner and founder of the company. When redeeming one of the promos there's was a bit of confusion which led to a big inconvenience. I just feel if you're staff doesn't know protocol then its mandatory that they shouldn't be providing certain service I was told due to my bowl being $18.00 the promo isn't valid for the meal to be considered. Very upset with my experience this time around teach your staff the correct way to assist customers if there was a limit that should've been explained the promo was FREE or it should've been.
