When I arrived to pick up my cake, it was not ready. It seems they forgot to make it. The person at the cash register told me to pick out any cake. There wasn't what we ordered (it was a custom cake for a special occasion). He said not to worry and gave me a quart of the correct ice cream. He also took the cake back and added the custom message. This location is also a Dunkin and he insisted (despite me trying to refuse) to give me a half dozen doughnuts . I wouldn't hesitate to come back (there have been no issues in the past) and you should give them a try as well. Just a bit of a warning--try to time your visit when Quince Orchard Highschool is not about to start or finish as the shopping center can get busy with cars and the location full of hungry high schoolers.
