They were short with their answers, rushed us. My son wanted a chocolate covered cone they didn’t have it. He asked for maybe chocolate drizzle, they didn’t have it. There were no napkins for guest to grab. Place wasn’t the best looking inside. Now I see why they have such a low rating.

Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
