  they genuinely never put the mobile order sip club drinks on the shelf, even when i order more than just the drink everything will be there except the drink. typically i have to wait 5-10 min to be given my cup. kinda ridiculous honestly, don’t mark it ready if it’s not ready smh

  order said it was ready but it wasnt on the shelf had to wait ten min for a employee (all i ordered was a drink) and then the dr pepper on the machine was not working

  Extremely rude service according to the worker they have no microwave and they refused to heat up my coffee also they forgot every other ingredient but my chicken

  This Panera is always so clean and orders are always accurate and fast. I’ve dealt with Jake, on the very rare occasion there’s been any issue, and he is so helpful and willing to rectify any issues.

  Second time at this location and second time my order was wrong - seemed to hire the dazed and confused staff - I usually go to the one in Rockville - never had issues with my orders there - here you need to triple check your order - staff busy visiting with each other instead of paying attention to their job
