    I know that taking out the soda machines was a corporate decision but I visited this location today (Sunday) and there every single service item - including napkins- are held behind the counter. We had an order of 6 meals including 2 Happy Meals, not one napkin on the tray. Having to ask for napkins is annoying enough but to drive people to order at the kiosk, which takes much longer for 6 meals BTW only to have it freeze just as I entered my last item, there are no longer employees assigned to the front registers. The person at the drive thru also manages the inside registers (including NAPKINS and ketchup!) Corporate cost cutting is truly out of control.

    I had a very disappointing experience at this McDonald’s. The service was extremely slow, even though the restaurant wasn’t busy. My order was incorrect, and when I asked for it to be fixed, the staff seemed annoyed. The food was cold by the time I received it, and the dining area was not very clean. Overall, the visit did not meet expectations, and I hope management takes steps to improve both customer service and food quality.

    Very disappointed with the customer service at this McDonald’s. The employees were rude and unprofessional throughout my visit. When I asked a simple question about my order, I was met with an attitude and felt like I was inconveniencing them. A friendly greeting and basic respect go a long way, but unfortunately that was missing here. The food was fine, but the poor customer service made the experience unpleasant. I hope management addresses this issue and works on improving how customers are treated.

    We tried to go here for breakfast. Pulled up in the drive through and after well under a minute were told to either order inside or leave. So we left and enjoyed a breakfast at ChickFilA where they actually still have nice customer service and breakfast parfaits.
