  shout out to DESTINY "DES" girl you're amazing....thank you for being so helpful and nice. I have to say this is the best foodlion I have been to in Maryland.... from entering to exiting all staff were absolutely great. thank yall

  I have 5 stores in my area. The fruitland location is by far the best. Your store is clean and easy to navigate. The employees are all friendly and helpful . It’s a turn off to hear people complaining about their job or talking about personal problems. The stand out is your deli employees. They are polite and when they wait on you they give you the cuts you ask for. That sounds like a no brainer right… some stores they sigh and moan like getting service is a burden. I say all this because people tend to only complain about their negative. So I am taking my time to recognize the good. So thank you for hiring and maintaining a great staff. Anyone can do a task at work but it means more when they are doing a good job and smiling. I appreciate that as a customer. So thank you and them.

  Just shopping there +/- 11:40 on 03/22. Got in line to a short blonde cashier excitedly talking to a customer. I went up and there was no acknowledgement to my presense nor greeting at all. Did all she could to avoid eye contact. No thank you no good bye. No small talk. She has been the only one to be so rude. There is a Walmart two tenths of a mile away and easier to get to from my home. I do not have to shop Food Lion. And if she does it again I'll walk out.
