  I had Takeyrea as my server, I got the santa fe dilla and not only was it completely cold, but the cheese was not melted and they couldnt even cut it correctly. Like honestly, this couldnt have been prepared worse. Not even near closing time either.

  One of the employees said “these eggs are lowkey burnt” out loud when making my flatbread. They weren’t just “lowkey” burnt they actually tasted like rubber. I didn’t say anything when I heard that because I wanted to give the benefit of the doubt that she’d remake my food since her coworker remade a burnt quesadilla for another order. If you’re not going to cook food to a high standard at least don’t say it out loud for customers to hear. I’m usually not picky about food but it I literally couldn’t even finish eating this.

  It’s actually ridiculous the amount of buffalo sauce the employees put on the wraps here. I literally couldn’t even finish my wrap because every bite I was swallowing a mouth full of buffalo sauce like I was drinking water. You need to retrain your employees to drizzle the sauces into these wraps, it’s not only with the buffalo one it’s with the breakfast wraps as well. The wrap was so fat and soggy, the quality of the food has only gone down hill at this location. The only things worth getting are the smoothies and bowls. Also no one greeted me when I walked in to grab my food. This isn’t the only occurrence where the wrap is this wet and drenched in buffalo sauce it happens like 2 other times when I decide to get food here….

  Perfect on making the right smoothies, employee's are very friendly and making orders fast and on time
