  Failed to deliver a burger that tasted anything like a sonic burger. Service was fine. Entrance is a mess.

  Ok so coming back to update this. We ordered on the app in the parking lot. When we walked up, another customer was ordering at the speaker. I checked into spot 1 on my phone. When an employee came out, I stated that I was spot 1. We waited over an hour to get our food. We were told multiple times that the drive through was more important. When we did receive our food, it was very subpar. It was a foot long coney and a burger. The meat patty was very 'moist and chewy'. It was not a great experience. You need to pay better wages and hire more people. The employee stated that there were 3 people and she was doing most of the work.

  Read a lot of bad reviews. Figured I would drive by and go if they weren't busy. Only 2 people there so I went. I thought the speed was fine for a Sonic. It's a slight step above fast food, so you gotta wait for that good smash burger and hand crafted drink. Smash Burger was great, patties were hot, cheese was gooey. Fries were good and crispy, but surprisingly not very hot. Cherry Limeade is my main draw to sonic other than the burgers. The limeade....was missing something. I thought it was the no Styrofoam cup playing a trick on me. But then I realized there was no pulp. You can see into the plastic cup. So there was either no lime juice, very little, or they changed the ingredients. Because they use fresh squeezed like juice. And I barely touched mine. Just tasted like cherry and sugar. Would I go here again? Yeah probably. Staff were friendly, But from what I've read from reviews. They struggle when it's busy. So I wouldn't go during peak times/or a very long line.

  What kind of sonic doesn't have ice cream products ??? Just waited 15 minutes in the drive through to be told they don't have any ice cream products. The only thing I came out for was a shake. All other items were a 20-25 minute wait. For a line of 4 cars? That's just ridiculous
