  What kind of sonic doesn't have ice cream products ??? Just waited 15 minutes in the drive through to be told they don't have any ice cream products. The only thing I came out for was a shake. All other items were a 20-25 minute wait. For a line of 4 cars? That's just ridiculous

  I have gone to this sonic multiple times and have never had an issue until today. My friend and I only ordered 3 sodas and we had to wait an hour for them. We both placed online orders and asked about our drinks multiple times to different people within that hour just to keep being told “ok” or “one sec” before they’d walk away and leave for another 15 minutes until we got their attention again. Once we did receive our orders we never once got an apology for the wait and our orders were made incorrectly. We used to come here often but would reconsider how often my next visits will be after this very bad experience it seems new employees have been hired, never had an issue before this. I hope they will improve on this.

  Only giving 3 stars because of the sweet girl at the window, she was very kind and had great customer service. Unfortunately, the food itself was disappointing. Both burgers were cold, the fries were cold, I asked for no tomato on my burger and still got tomato, and the tots in the chili cheese tots tasted old/stale. Definitely expected better quality.

  Don’t know why I keep giving them another chance to disappoint me and ruin my day. Somehow the people in the kitchen do not understand the term NO MAYONNAISE. I am quite allergic - like Epi-Pen allergic. I am usually very careful to order basically a plain burger - meat, bread - I’ll add my own ketchup and mustard. Today, once again and knowing better, I ordered a Sonic cheeseburger with everything, but NO MAYONNAISE! Out comes the burger, with a smile, and I unwrap it to find it bathing in mayonnaise! Had to immediately toss it out the window into the parking lot. Sorry about the litter, but I had to eject that poisonous burger ASAP. PLEASE train your personnel to read order instructions more carefully. That was a lot of money wasted. Did not bother to flag down carhop, as they were otherwise busy and I was in the online stall #2.
