  My wife and I had a wonderful dinner here, the weather was perfect so we sat outside. Autumn was our server and she was phenominal! You can tell she really loves her job. The food was delicious (and we even have leftovers) and we took home a tasty dessert too. Great option for anyone that loves a variety of seafood options (and some traditional dinner options too for non-seafood customers).

  Finally stopped driving by and stopped in. First thing walking in we noticed, how incredibly friendly the staff is. We sat at the bar and enjoyed the conversations with the team working today. Wicked muscles were up first … when reading the description we were curious how it worked. But oh did it work. Incredible flavor. Order extra bread for the broth. Amazing. We had the crab cake sandwich and fish and chips. Let’s talk about the fries. Crisp, light and flavorful while not leaving a greasy after taste. The crab better than average. The fish was perfect. Batter was not greasy and the fish had great flavor. I love a heavy hand of pepper on any fried fish and the grinder was right in front of me elevating the typical pre ground flavorless pepper in the shaker. Overall - Staff steals the show. Fries and muscles are perfect. Fish was spot on. Crab cakes are a religion so will go with if you aren’t making them at home this one hits well.

  My family and I were about to make the 1.5 hr drive back from the Guinness Storehouse in north Baltimore and wanted to experience some Maryland seafood. As I looked at our route home, I came across this restaurant on Google Maps and the reviews looked positive. We decided to give it a try for dinner! WOW are we glad we did! My dad ordered the clam chowder and seafood jambalaya- he was in heaven!! My mom and I shared the coconut and pecan(?) crusted flounder as well as a crab cake. Everything was so fresh and flavorful. We still talk about the meal weeks later. Autumn was our waitress and was so kind and helpful as we made our decisions. It definitely felt like the workers cared for one another and put care into the meals. Good people, good food, what’s better than that? We had a great day in Baltimore, and this meal was the perfect ending. Can’t recommend Ragin Reef enough!
