  Had a debacle where an employee was sent over for an 1138 pickup (ordered ahead!) Came in at 1142 - staff was friendly and busy. Said the order was in the over, just 5 minutes. It’s lunch time, it happens - no worries. 12pm comes - employee is out of her lunch break. Informs them nicely she has to abandon the order and then comes back without her lunch. I call General Manager, Chris who tells me he won’t refund but he can remake it for us. Okaaaaaay. I tell him she’s off at 230 and will be over after. Employee gets there and is told her order was already picked up. Another 20-30 minutes to remake it? I call back to now just tell him we need to refund the order. He says he can’t, dodges giving me his name until I demand it. Will not give me contact information to his District Manager - refuses to even give me a last name. Come on, man. This isn’t something super secret… a quick LinkedIn search pulls up his District Managers name. It just causes more friction and does nothing to deescalate the situation. Sounds like this Chris dude has had to dodge giving out his own name often and really just makes the branch seems sus. The attitude and how annoyed this man was at HIS OWN situation is not someone that needs to be in the service industry, let alone managing it. Refused to tell me when I could expect a call, what area code it would come from, even a last name for caller ID. Didn’t know if it would be tomorrow, Monday, next Friday… DO NOT come here if you have 30-min lunches. Ordering ahead is ineffective and only gets you attitude. We are not out money, no food, and this poor employee hasn’t eaten since clocking in 10 hours ago because it was our favorite - Pizza Friday! Not anymore. Too many good places to get food to be conned by this branch.

  Went a while ago and the pizza was good but there were four people just talking in the front and no one was taking my order until someone from the back came up, it was my first time at this location so when i asked about a drink i bought, one just pointed and another said just grab it.
