  If I could give a 0 star review, I would. Tonight my mother and I ordered pizza for delivery--2 pizzas and some wings. After waiting an hour and not receiving our order, we called back the store and asked about it. We were informed by the worker, Ty, that she had tried to call us and that they were out of wings. I had received a missed call from a random number that I thought was a bot so I didn't answer but since no voicemail was left I ignored it. I pointed this out to the worker and she became suddenly rude. Snapping at me and telling me well she called us and our pizzas are ready so do we want to come and get them anyway. My mom took the phone and asked for a refund explaining we ordered it for delivery and with wings. Ty said we can't get a refund because we're over the phone and then she hung up on my mother. I called back and asked Ty for a manager. She told me she was the manager. When I pushed back, demanding someone else to talk to she suddenly found Hannah, the supposed actual manager. I explained why we are upset to Hannah and was told that WE were rude and needed an attitude adjustment. We said we wanted a refund and she then gave it to us. To put it mildly, we have ordered from this store for YEARS. And the food has gone down significantly. But we're loyal folks. Well, now we will NEVER go here nor ever recommend it to anyone. It's absolutely appalling to lie to a customer and then have management tell us we're the issue. All because they couldn't leave a voicemail and tell us they were canceling/adjusting our order. Times are tough and prices are high--save your money and go somewhere--anywhere else and get actual, good pizza. And from a store that actually cares about it's customers and their product.

  I paid for toppings on the WHOLE pizza and only received about 2 slices with toppings, entire thing was burnt.

  Absolutely the worst customer service experience we have ever had. Both the manager and staff were unbelievably rude and unprofessional from start to finish. Part of our order was unavailable, and instead of properly notifying us, they called once from a random personal number without leaving a voicemail. When we called over an hour later wondering where our delivery was, they falsely claimed they had tried contacting us multiple times. That was simply not true, there was only one missed call and no voicemail. Things only got worse from there. The employee became hostile, hung up on my mother-in-law, and absurdly stated they could not issue a refund because “we were not a person.” We repeatedly asked to speak with the manager, but the employee refused and continued to be disrespectful and dismissive throughout the call. After reading several recent reviews, we’re almost relieved the order never fully arrived because it apparently saved our family from receiving cold, soggy pizza on top of everything else. Avoid this establishment if you expect even basic customer service or professionalism.

  I love Pizano’s! I especially enjoy having a late lunch there. Their portions are so generous that my late lunch often doubles as dinner. Sometimes, when I have a big group, we order pizzas for carryout, and everyone enjoys them. Keep up the great work.

  I've been going to paisanos in frederick for about 6yrs & recently I've noticed a change. I introduced my fiancé to this pizza and she loved it a few months back & now she's saying the same thing about something has changed. Our Pizza has been over cooked the last 3 times we visited here & our wings were tough with all the sauce at the bottom of the container. At this point, whatever they have done they need to go back to how it was because this is a strong NO for me going forward. Even the crust is big and burnt now smh.....They are going down hill.
