Today I went through drive thru. The drive thru person on the headset was really rude . Kept saying wait a minute wait a minute while hearing her talk to another employee about gossip. Than I go pay I’m nice enough to say keep the change . This women legit !!’ Throws the change on the floor after I drive away doesn’t even put it in the donation box just throws it outside in the ground . So rude unprofessional ignorant person ever . Than I go pick up my order the women I went to tell her that her coworker is rude she slams the door that slides thru the drive thru in my face before I speak . Both of these women are rude ignorant ! Unprofessional & have no customer service skills . I get it people have bad days but to 1 throw my change outside like I wouldn’t see and than another employee be rude before I get a chance to speak . Definitely won’t ever come back here in the morning . I’ll go to Burger King instead.
