  The service here is terrible; they have no idea what they are doing. I placed an order, but they only handed me a Coke and told me to wait a few minutes at the pickup window. Forty minutes went by, and they still hadn't brought me the rest of my order. To make matters worse, the manager—who was visibly annoyed—insisted that I hadn't actually made any purchase there at all. My mistake was not asking for a receipt; so, whenever you visit this place, make sure you ask for one. Otherwise, they will hand you an incomplete order and try to rip you off by withholding the rest of your items. Both the staff and the manager are arrogant and act as if they don't even want the job—which isn't surprising, given that they clearly don't know how to do it.

  I had a really disappointing experience. The manager with long hair had a rude and unprofessional attitude, and another employee was just as disrespectful. The customer service overall needs serious improvement. Waiting 15 minutes for nuggets is unacceptable—and somehow they still tasted cold even though they were supposedly fresh 😂. Definitely not the experience I expected, and I won’t be coming back.

  There was a line of about 5 cars in front of me but the line moved quickly. The speaker system loud enough and very clear. My order was filled quickly and correctly.

  Frequently have a very long wait time when using the drive through. Communication about which pick up window to use is lacking and the food doesn't always seem very fresh.
