    Alicia is so disrespectful if I was her manager, I would fire her on the spot. She was yelling at me .If I could give a 0 I would. HORRIBLE customer service. HORRIBLE. I placed an order with DoorDash and something happened to where a doordasher already picked it up and I called them and they said they couldn’t do a damn thing about it. I asked to speak with the other manager and she got upset and said I’m the only manager. No way you’re the only manager because you have a gm you can call. Don’t ever order from them. They are rude and incompetent to understand English apparently

    Ordered using the mobile app and selected curbside pickup. Entered my parking spot number in the app. Waited 10 minutes and my food never arrived. I had to go into the restaurant to get my order. This happened to another customer while I was there. It would have been much faster just to go thru the drive-thru. If you want people to use the app and curbside pickup, please fix this process.

    Why would you have two lanes open just for one person to be taking everyone’s orders. You always have to wait so long they never park enough people here and I waited to get ice cream just to be told “we don’t have ice cream right now.” This McDonald’s just sucks overall and always makes me mad.

    I am writing to formally log a complaint regarding a highly frustrating and unacceptable experience I had at your establishment. I visited your location specifically because the digital drive-thru screen was actively promoting a special World Cup meal. Based on this advertisement, I placed an order and paid approximately $13.00.However, when I reached the pickup window to receive my food, the staff informed me that the item was actually unavailable. If an item is out of stock, it should not be actively advertised on your screens. Displaying a product for purchase that you do not possess is misleading and constitutes false advertisement.Furthermore, the resolution process was entirely unacceptable. When I immediately requested a refund for the food I never received, the drive-thru staff refused to issue it. I was told that I had to process the refund myself directly through the McDonald's mobile app. Not all customers are tech-savvy, and forcing a customer to navigate a mobile application to reclaim money taken for unfulfilled food is poor business practice. I attempted to use the app as instructed, but I was unable to resolve the issue.I expect a full refund of my $13.00 immediately. Until this matter is properly resolved and my money is returned, I will continue to leave negative reviews detailing this experience online. Charging a customer for a product you do not have and then refusing a direct refund feels entirely fraudulent.
