  I placed my order for delivery on April 1st. right when I received it, I could see my whole order was completely wrong and they just threw the fountain cup in the bag when I was supposed drink to receive a drink in it.. I contacted jimmy johns atleast 3 times before my order became a month old all for them to FINALLY contact me back after more than a month later to which they said now they couldn’t just refund it because my order had been older than a month old. To combat that, how about actually focus on replying to customers when they reach out multiple times when they have an issue earlier than a month? Jimmy johns then said they would contact the credit card company and that they would be in touch and that was almost 2 months ago and that was the last ive heard from them even though ive followed up 3 times. So to clarify, I never got my correct order and to this day, I still have not received a refund.

  Went to buy a sub and was informed they were out of bread and would be out for the next hour. Have to say that was a bit disappointing.

  Stopped in for the first time and got a great recommendation for a #10 from the nice lady at the counter. Great quality veggies and was as fast as promised by all those radio ads. I'll definitely be stopping by again!

  Tried ordering through doordash and got repeated denials via every payment option. After changing to a different restaurant it went through first try.
