  The customer service was terrible. I went to return some flowers tonight at 8:30 PM—flowers that had been purchased just yesterday afternoon. They put me through a whole interrogation, only to refuse to refund my money in the end. The flowers were completely intact and had never been used. My husband works there; he went to confront them about the incident afterward—while he was off-duty—and one of the supervisors (whose name, by the way, is Justin) told him, "Go home." I plan to file a formal complaint with the manager tomorrow. What a lovely way to treat a customer! After all, when an employee is off the clock, they are just another customer like anyone else. Honestly, you really need to do a better job of training your staff to be courteous. For me, the worst part is that I have absolutely no desire to ever go back there again.

  I over walk to get to the entrace of this store. I am old and it's a dreadful walk to even enter here. I don't know why there are 13-14 handicap spots reserving the entire front end of this parking lot. I have been coming here for years and have yet to ever see more than 1 or 2 of those spots being used. Please keep in mind that there are eldery people who don't have handicap permits. It is completely unncessary.

  This is a very nice grocery store, except they do not monitor their parking lot. Allowing people to park on the yellow marked curb. Why???
