- HCHeidy CatalanJun 18, 20261.0I had a very frustrating experience at this location. I had to come back twice just to get my order corrected, which should not happen. The staff was not friendly or helpful at all, and it felt like they did not care about providing good customer service. When I asked questions, it seemed like they pretended not to understand or didn’t want to assist. I specifically asked multiple times for a glazed donut, and after repeating myself, I was still given the wrong item (a chocolate donut). The interaction felt rushed and dismissive, almost like “here, take it and go.” Overall, the lack of attention, poor attitude, and repeated mistakes made this a very disappointing experience. I hope management addresses these issues because customer service and order accuracy clearly need improvement.

I asked for fresh ones and was told they were delivered this morning but that obviously wasnt true. Then, my daughter ordered a sausage egg and cheese croissant meal. They didnt give us the hash browns because they said they only ha e meals for thr bacon sandwiches, which, if true, should've been told to us when we ordered. Then reached in the bag and they gave us the bacon sandwich and not the one that was ordered. When asked to give us the sausage one, they seemed off put by our request and the cheese was just thrown on that sandwich and not even melted. Then we asked for the hash browns and paid extra for 4 quarter sized hash brown pieces. The only thing that wasnt messed up was the latte. $20 later, 2 donuts that were disgusting, a sandwich not even made right, Itty bitty hashbrowns and poor service. We wont be back to this location! 😡
