- ETeden tshibuabuaSep 21, 20262.0i went to this location with my bf and the customer service here is actually so bad. from the time he went to the bathroom and came back i was standing at the counter and it took 5mins for someone to acknowledge me. the cashier was very monotone and just looked very unhappy. my bf and i felt VERY dismissed. i asked for a chai latte and they didn't ask if i wanted it hot or cold and automatically gave me a cold one (i'll admit i should've specified what i wanted but as an employee it's YOUR JOB to ask the customer what they want). and when i got my drink it just tasted like watered down chai and it was honestly a 5.5/10. also they never asked for my bf and i's name for our order. what if i accidently took someone else's order? ik they have a number system but they didn't call out numbers, just what was in the order. NEVER coming back here again👎🏾

I went to the restroom (the woman's restroom was out of service, a woman had to go into the men's and be guarded by a man outside to ensure no one went in behind her, anyways) I went to the restroom and number 1'd AND number 2'd, and by the time I came out my girlfriend was JUST getting her order in. She was waiting for quite some time and no one addressed or acknowledged her. And she and I both when finally being tended to, did not feel welcome or wanted, the food was good, however our drinks were not well made, and they did NOT ask if we wanted hot or cold beverages. 🤓 This is NOT a good look for Dunkin and I will most likely NOT be returning. 🤓‼️

The staff was not friendly or helpful at all, and it felt like they did not care about providing good customer service. When I asked questions, it seemed like they pretended not to understand or didn’t want to assist. I specifically asked multiple times for a glazed donut, and after repeating myself, I was still given the wrong item (a chocolate donut). The interaction felt rushed and dismissive, almost like “here, take it and go.” Overall, the lack of attention, poor attitude, and repeated mistakes made this a very disappointing experience. I hope management addresses these issues because customer service and order accuracy clearly need improvement.
